The Meaning of the Umebachi Kamon
The Umebachi kamon, written 梅鉢 in Japanese, represents the plum blossom. In Japanese symbolism, the plum blossom is associated with resilience, renewal, elegance, and inner strength because it blooms at the end of winter before the arrival of spring.
For samurai families, a kamon was more than decoration. It expressed lineage, identity, dignity, and inherited values. The Umebachi crest gives this haori a refined and noble character, ideal for those who appreciate traditional Japanese aesthetics, Bushidō culture, and symbolic garments with depth.
Ryōanji Temple Zen Garden Lining
The inner lining of this haori features a visual tribute to the famous Ryōanji Temple Zen garden in Kyoto. Ryōanji is internationally known for its dry landscape garden, or karesansui, where stones and white gravel create a space of silence, contemplation, and spiritual depth.
This rare lining transforms the haori into more than a traditional Japanese jacket. It becomes a wearable expression of Kyoto’s Zen culture, evoking stillness, impermanence, harmony, and the quiet beauty of Japanese spiritual aesthetics.

My haori arrived in a timely manner and was everything I expected it to be and more. The quality of the haori is fantastic, and it fits great!
This pair of shoes is really very comfortable, and the craftsmanship is excellent. It's exactly what I expected. The only problem is that I ordered a pair half a centimeter larger than my usual size, and even so, they're so tight that I can't even wear socks (tabis)!
I loved them, very beautiful and perfect fit if you follow the measure instructions. Looking forward for some outdoors bujinkan training in the spirng!
I wish they would come in 12 version as well
Thank you very much
Just like described, fast shipment. Nothing to complain about :)
The Samue suit is very beautiful crafted - the fabric is soft and very pleasant to wear. A high quality clothing that exudes a genuine Japanese feeling attention to detail. . The tabi shoes clearly high quality. I am very happy.
Super cozy!
out est parfait. Merci
heads raised to the heavens, i am not worthy of the energy without thy consent.
Comfortable and visually stunning
Just the right size.
As this belt was a replacement for my original black belt from 2003, I am very pleased to say that it has the same feel and quality of my previous belt. I teach karate 5 days a week, so I need a belt that stands the test of time. I am positive that this is it!
Confortable et parfsit pour ma taille de pied. C’est super a porter a l’interieur :)
An amazing Gi. More like a samurai robe. Where the tk-10 is stone this is water, not flimsy but heavy but flows like a powerful river. Amazing quality.
I ordered this product as a replacement for a cheap Chinese samue that lasted roughly 3 weeks. This one is on another level. I am 182 cm and 83 kg and the 2L fits me nicely. Although based on the leg length a L would have also worked. The cloth has a nice thickness and texture to it. International shipping was fast. Would definitely recommend...it would also be really nice if this shop would have an European reseller, preferably in Germany ;)
A beautiful, high-quality product — it's a pity about the customs charges for Italy.
