RETURN POLICY
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from damage, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Important: Items showing any signs of wear, tension stress, fabric strain, seam separation, stretching, improper fastening, forceful pulling, or damage occurring after delivery will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
All garments are carefully inspected prior to shipment. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that textile products must be handled and adjusted carefully according to their intended use.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping. Items sent without prior authorization will be refused.
Damages, Defects & Assessment Procedure
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any claim for manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the issue before the item is worn or used.
Damage resulting from the following is not considered a manufacturing defect:
- Excessive or uneven force applied to drawstrings, waistbands, closures, or seams
- Stress concentration at a single tension point
- Improper adjustment, fastening, or tightening
- Damage occurring during first wear due to handling or force
- Stretching, seam strain, or tearing caused after delivery
Textile products, including samue, haori, tabi, and martial garments, require gradual and balanced adjustment. Concentrated pulling force at a single entry point may cause fabric stress. Such damage is classified as post-delivery handling and is not covered.
All defect claims are subject to technical review. We reserve the right to request additional photos or video evidence.

- Customized or personalized products
- Handmade & made-to-order items
- Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, washing, or post-delivery damage
- Sale items and gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unless otherwise specified, all return requests must be formally approved prior to shipment. Returned items must remain in original condition to qualify for refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days without justification. However, the item must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may result in a partial or full refusal of refund, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Payment Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, all documentation including inspection records, customer correspondence, delivery confirmation, and submitted photographic evidence may be provided to the payment processor for formal review.
