Designed in the traditional montsuki style, it features five white Mokkou family crests (木瓜紋), the official emblem of the legendary samurai clan of Oda Nobunaga.
What sets this haori apart is its exceptional inner lining, meticulously woven with a shimmering golden landscape depicting a castle in the sky — an artistic homage to the mystical Takeda-jō (竹田城), known across Japan as “Tenkū no Shiro” (天空の城), the “Castle in the Sky.” Floating above the clouds, surrounded by moonlit pines, misty mountains, and waves of silk clouds, this design evokes the timeless beauty and spiritual elevation of Japan’s sacred mountain fortresses.

I ordered this product as a replacement for a cheap Chinese samue that lasted roughly 3 weeks. This one is on another level. I am 182 cm and 83 kg and the 2L fits me nicely. Although based on the leg length a L would have also worked. The cloth has a nice thickness and texture to it. International shipping was fast. Would definitely recommend...it would also be really nice if this shop would have an European reseller, preferably in Germany ;)
